First year apprentice Michael Grogan was the best trainee technician that I’ve ever experienced!! He was so well mannered and catered to all my hair needs with great attention to detail and loaded me with the best treatments recommended for my hair as required!! I’d recommend anyone to be looked after by him for any hair treatments. He also asked if he was been too harsh on wash, brushing and apologized for mistreatment but no pain though and perfect 🤩 pressure. I’ve never been asked those questions and such special treatment before when modeling for other trainees. Usually they pull my hair when brushing, ears are soaked and end up with massive headaches after hair treatments. I’ve booked to return and am looking forwards to next hair appointment 💇‍♀️!!

Salon colour and service is great but stop moving your stylists around. It’s annoying and I left for 8 years and decided to give you a go, found a great colourist and then I turn up to find she has moved. Why do you do this? Even the stylist don’t like it.
